One time I needed a little cage to transport some little roosters I had to rehome and I only had this huge heavy old rusted cage I couldn't carry by myself. So I went to the store and bought a bunch of wire sheets and used electrical tape to put the pieces together to make it a cage, it worked for a couple of trips and cost me more than if I would have bought one ready made. I just didn't have the time to find one overnight.

My personal opinion
This is one heck of a beautiful carrying cage and I adore the large handle which makes it nice and easy to use. Looks as you can maximum carry two chickens in there but plenty of other pets at times. I think you might even be able to attach it to a bike if necessary.
The only thing I am not too fond of is the price, yes it is good quality, but just a bit steep for my budget. But if you can afford it the better, I love the small bars, which means you can use it for little baby chicks also.

My personal opinion
I actually own this one, my husband bought it for me for my birthday, and in baby blue which is my favorite color. However, it is not suited for baby chicks, they walk right out through the wires, they are larger than it seems.
Plus if you take the tray out so the chicken can scratch a bit, you could hurt the chicken when moving the cage just a bit as I did before, so only use with the tray and for two months and up for chickens.
Also, it is heavier than you might think, I can carry it by myself just fine, but if you have two or three large roosters in there, watch out it gets heavy! The two doors are wonderful and easy to open and close and the handle works well.

My personal opinion
This is fantastic, large, light, with lots of room for any type of small pet such as chickens. I love the small bars so that the chicks can't fit through and escape. The two handles is nice, if too heavy someone else can help carrying the pets. A bit pricey, but that's what we have to pay for good stuff!
And, you know what else is nice, the deep base, this way the mess stays inside and not all over the place for us to clean up, don't you think?

My personal opinion
This is not necessarily made for just chickens, but it looks ideal to me. Love the top opening a lot. So practical don't you agree? The price is just right also. No sure about the handle? But it is very easy to attach a string at each end and voila. This can easily be used as a brooder for a hen and her chicks to be protected from the other adult chickens and rooster. I love the double functions of these cages!

Wow, isn't that something? I love this one, my colors, especially, the rounded corners are so wonderful to look at and safe from hurting yourself bumping into it all the time.
And, all those doors, can't ask for much more than that for sure. The wheels my goodness, who wouldn't love that? Nice size for a couple of chickens or other pets. This is definitely a go ahead in my account, a bit on the pricy side of the track, but hey, these days, what's cheap? You get what you pay for, right? Do I wish this one would be more affordable, heck yeah, but it is what it is sometimes.
Who has the money to get the best than I would get this one. Love it!
